Hands-On Training:
Cancellations made more than 2 months before the scheduled training date may qualify for a refund of up to 70%. Cancellations made within 2 months of the training date are not eligible for a refund. Rescheduling requests made at least 2 months in advance will be considered on a case-by-case basis and may incur additional fees.

Thread Credit / Hands-On:
Once thread credit is purchased, no refunds will be issued. Complimentary training sessions associated with the purchase may be rescheduled, but requests must be made at least 2 months prior to the training date and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Fees may apply. For authorized refunds, a 3% transaction fee will be charged. All thread credits must be used within 3 months of the scheduled training date; any unused credit will expire after this period.

Threads Refund/Exchange Policy:
Exchange for PDO threads will be accepted within 15 business days from the shipment date, minus shipping costs, provided there is no evidence of tampering. After 15 business days, no exchange will be accepted. If the product is defective, exchanges will be offered within 15 days of shipment, including shipping costs, provided no tampering is evident.

Please note: Products received for free as part of bundles will not be deducted from exchanges or refunds. No exceptions will be made, and no product credits will be issued for items received after the listed deadlines.

All returned items will be inspected and must be in the original condition and packaging. Returns or exchanges are not guaranteed until the items are received and inspected.

Shipping & Returns:
The customer is responsible for all shipping and insurance costs for returns and exchanges. MEDiTHREAD is not liable for lost or damaged return shipments. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

Promotions & Events:
All sales made through promotions or events are final.

PDO Thread Shelf Life:
Please be aware that MEDiTHREAD PDO threads have a shelf life of 5-12 months from the date of shipment.
